Q 1 - Are Jafferjees products made of genuine real leather?
A 1 - Yes. Unless otherwise specified, all products are fabricated in genuine real leather.

Q 2 - Are the products offered online different from those available in Jafferjees stores?
A 2 - No. However, some products are not sold online. If you would like to order an item that you have seen in one of our stores but cannot find it online, please write to

Q 3 - What is personalization?
A 3 - Our personalization service is FREE. Jafferjees can emboss any name on the product(s) (where applicable). You can choose from a variety of font styles (refer to Font Styles page.

Q 4 - Can I personalize all items if quantity required is more than one?
A 4 - Yes. Please separate the names with a semi colon, on purchase of two or more items.

Q 5 - How are the items packaged?
A 5 - Subject to the item ordered, Jafferjees packs the item in cloth bag and/or box. We then gift wrap the item in customized Jafferjees paper.

Q 6 - Is there a limit to online purchase(s) on credit/debit card (master/visa)?
A 6 - No.

Q 7 - What modes of payment does accept?
A 7 - Jafferjees website accepts the following modes of payment:

  • - credit/debit card (master/visa);

  • - bank transfers (for Pakistan only); and

  • - cash on delivery (for Pakistan only).

Q 9 - What should I expect once the online order is placed?
A 9 - We will send an email confirming that your order has been received (your order number will be included). This email should arrive within 24 hours.

Q 10 - What is the delivery time for orders within Pakistan?
A 10 - Please allow a maximum of 7 working days for deliveries within Pakistan. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within a specified time, Jafferjees will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Q 11 - What is the delivery time for international orders?
A 11 - For international orders, customers must provide up to 2 weeks (working days) in case of deliveries Courier. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within a specified time, Jafferjees will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Q 12 - What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
A 13- Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we run out of certain items. If we are short on stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation.

Q 13 - How do I track my order?
A 13 - You can check the status of your order by using the Order History link on the Jafferjees website.

Q 14 - What if I have forgotten my order number?
A 14 - In case if you have misplaced your order number, please send an email to Please include your full name, mailing address, email address and the date you placed the order.

Q 15 - How do I change or cancel an order?
A 15 - If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with, please write to within 24hrs of placing the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been embossed and/or has entered the shipping process.

Q 16 - How do I take care of my Jafferjees leather product?
A 16 - To maintain the quality, look and feel of your Jafferjees leather product, use a high quality cream to clean and refurbish. Minor deviations in color, minimal imperfections and wrinkles guarantee the genuineness of material.

Q 17 - Are the colors shown on the Jafferjees website appearing accurately on my screen?
A 17 - Jafferjees is not responsible for any colour variations between the photograph and the actual product. However, Jafferjees has tried to accurately portray the colours.

Q 18 - Can I order online and collect items from any of the Jafferjees outlets by paying cash?
A 18 - No. Our online store has no link with any of our outlets. You must buy and pay online. Your purchased items will be delivered to your given address.
